A new diet that takes little effort
is helping some people lose the pounds. Leanne Batchelder has lost
11 pounds in three weeks.Leanne says, "My pants that I have not worn, or this jacket,
for two years has fit. I have it on today as proof." Jodi Yamashita
has shed nearly 20 pounds. "It's very easy. It's fruit, it's
veggies. It's everything I like to eat."Mother and daughter are on the lazy diet created by Connecticut
weight loss expert Pam Oliver. It's a 15 day plan. "We work
it so that the metabolism works with the foods that you eat that
helps the body process faster," says Pam.Plus the Lazy Diet requires little effort."They could have someone else prepare it, such as going through
a drive thru. They can buy it pre-packaged, pre-made at the store
and for those who do like to cook we made it easy, under 10 minutes
a meal," says Pam.Citrus is key to dropping the weight.Pam says,"You want to add in an orange, a citrus fruit or
squeeze a lemon in your water or green tea or your ice tea because
the citrus relieves the body of extra salts and fluids."On the menu are 3 meals..."My favorite is the macaroni and cheese," says Leanne.
... and three snacks, which includes fruit, to be eaten before four
oclock. "You want to have it before the body starts to slow
down." Also on the plan low fat or fat free dairy products.
Here's a sample day.

yogurt.
Two tacos at lunch.
