IT IS RECOMMENDED TO FOLLOW UNIT ONE - UNIT 4 IN THE ORDER THEY ARE WRITTEN FOR OPTIMAL WEIGHT-LOSS RESULTS. All MEAL PLANS ARE ADAPTABLE WHILE EATING OUT. 28 day meal plan that has 3 meals and 3 snacks. The food groupings are all balanced: Proteins, Carbs, Vegs., Fruits, Dairy and Fats. Weight-loss on this plan can be between 9-10 pounds, IF FOLLOWED. Due to the amount of `balanced` calories you should not feel hungry on this plan.
