28 day meal plan that has 3 meals and 3 snacks. However on this plan, PROTEIN is increased and CARBS are a bit lessened, for accelerated weight-loss. Although there are still CARBS, keep in mind we need them for energy, fiber, digestion, nutrients etc…You will see the CARB may be in the form of less yeast, such as: Potato, Sweet Potato, Carrots, Wraps, Pitas.
