IT IS RECOMMENDED TO FOLLOW UNIT ONE - UNIT 4 IN THE ORDER THEY ARE WRITTEN FOR OPTIMAL WEIGHT-LOSS RESULTS. All MEAL PLANS ARE ADAPTABLE WHILE EATING OUT.

28 day meal plan which includes 3 meals and 3 snacks. You will still be losing weight on this plan, but have a lot more `food freedom`. Very easy to follow, and enjoyable. By Unit Four, you will start to understand the balanced eating that is required to maintain a healthy body.
