BELLY FAT - What is belly fat?
Belly fat is formed when your metabolism starts to slow down and the amount of fat in the body starts to grow and primarily settles in the “belly” area. Whether it’s from aging or overeating, hormones or heredity, increased belly fat is frustrating and is an issue that needs to be addressed.
This is a 28 day healthy plan that is easy to do. Adaptable to eating out and travel too.
There are 3 Meals and 3 Snacks per day. Belly fat is a challenging type of fat to work with, but eating the right food combinations can help to lessen the issue. It is also recommended to drink at least 2 cups of loose leaf green tea per day, as this gives a powerful punch of antioxidants to the system and may help to lessen the production of belly fat. Exercise is also important in any health regimen.
