HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE- This 28 day meal plan is designed to help lower blood pressure through a unique combination of food choices. It helps to get rid of excess body fluids and additional sodium (salt), you body may be holding. The “diuretic” food types in the plan work together so you will not only lose the excess fluid, but will also lose weight, and have more energy. The “bloating” should start to reduce immediately, but it is also extremely important to stay hydrated everyday. Water is the key element with any healthy eating plan. This plan has 3 Meals and 3 Snacks, and is easy to do. It is adaptable when eating out and traveling.
